- quisiera porfavor que alguien me ayude a poder formatear mi mp4 delstar ds 2821 y me envie el firware para poder activarlo ya que se queda en reloj de arena mi pc reconoce cuado lo conecto pero dice ya puede retirar con seguridad el jadward- Guest
