How do you put the 35 free songs on to the mp3

1.)Hook up the USB device to it, then to the computer

2.)Open up your computer directory and open the drive in which the device is coming from (the newest added drive that apears after you connect the mp3 player).

3.)Select your compatible file type songs (I think it's .wma files), copy and paste them to the root directory of the flash storage drive.

4.)Once the transfer is complete, unplug and try out the mp3 player.

Hope this helps!

Nextar MA933A-20P will only play factory installed files.Music files add are present but will not play. Will only shuttle between classical and fast dance files

The following may help:
1) Ensure that your Music files are of the correct format (usually .MP3 or .WMA suffix and usually NOT .WAV which is the standard CD format)
2) Ensure that you upload your music .MP3 or .WMA files to the correct directory and names are not excessively long as some MP3 will limit the max name length. If you know a working song on your MP3, locate the directory it resides in and put your songs there. 3) If you have uploaded your songs with the correct naming convention/suffix and you now see them in your player list but they will not play, then your MP3/WMA file has non-compatible 'property' whcih is usually the encoding 'bit rate' (usually anything under 128mbps fix rate is good but you can see what is acceptable by looking at the 'properties' of your working songs that are on your MP3 player) ps. To reformat your Music files to the player acceptabel format, you need to download and use a 'Audio Media Converter'.

I added songs which I can see via computer but not on the device itself

Verify that the songs are going into the correct directory on the device. If you are using software that came with your Sansa, it should be putting those songs into the proper directory automatically. Otherwise, I'd consult my manual and reset the unit to factory settings and add the songs again from scratch.

My Coby MP200 will not play the songs that are on it.

While it may be something you're well aware of, did you navigate to the folder on the Coby where the songs reside? Is it possible you loaded the mp3s in a directory that is not the default and so the player doesn't see any music. Another possibility is the copyright protection won't allow the player to play the songs. The license may reside on your computer but is not on the mp3 player. Last two thoughts (as stupid as they sound) are is volume up? Is earphones securely plugged in? Have you tried the earphones on another unit to make sure they work? Delete songs

You should be able to hook your mp3 player up to your computer with the USB cable. This will allow you to browser the directory where the songs are and delete or add new songs. Your mp3 player will appear in your computer as a removable disk. The songs that you put on your mp3 player need to be in mp3 or wma format. I also found the instruction manual for your product in pdf format. http://www.gpx.com/shop_ind.php?id=%20%20344#
