Hi dear.According to your explanation, your machine's pump located lower left hand side of the machine.Open the lid & pull out drain plug, remove the remaining water inside the tub.Turn the filter anticlock wise to take it out, check for any obstacle,if any try to clean up.Please keep in mind.Your machine's got 2 pumps.Left hand one for drain & right hand one for recirculation. Make sure both one works fine. Also check for any kinked part of drain hose.I hope that helps.Thanks.

Washer wont drain showin IE

Sonia, you either have a failed drain pump, or something has bypassed the filter ( bobby pins are notorious for this ) and is jamming up the pump impeller. If you can set the washer to drain/spin and can hear the pump running, you most likely have a impeller that has broken off of the pump motor shaft and will need to be replaced. If you cannot hear the pump running, and can hear a slight humming noise, then there is something jammed in the pump. The pump can be removed and cleared of the possible foriegn object. I can provide instructions on pump removal if needed.

Not pumping water out and when it tries, i can hear the pump humming or trying to u get to the pump from the back of the machine?

either drain pump jammed with debris; or is damaged (broken impellor). or. the drain hose itself clogged somewhere. you'll have to investigate. good luck.

Spin cycle appears to be broken. washer just hums

Humming can indicate a stalled motor...If a coin is jammed in the pump impeller it will often do what you describe...Check via pump filter access door...Good luck....Nomess

Water will not drain form tub

does it sound like it wants to drain?
if the pump does run. you would have to remove the pump and clean it out. its possible that the impellars on the pump could be broken, meaning you would need a new pump. but usually its change, or small objects jammed in the pump impellar.

Jandy jhp .75 hums when you turn it on does not pump

It sounds as if motor is spinning and pump is free so the impellar must not be attached to the motor shaft. There is a set screw on the impellar to hold it to shaft or the pump impellar could be cracked. Only way to tell is take the impellar housing off.

what kind of motor or pump? Hayward, pac flo?

Won't drain

The humming could be coming from the drain pump which may be jammed. The machine will not spin unless all the water has been drained out. If there is still water in the drum, remove the drain hose from where it attatches under the sink or tub and lie it down. Let water drain into a bucket untill the machine is empty. Switch off the machine and unplug it from the wall. Remove the hose that connects the tub to the drain pump from the drain pump and see if there is any obvious obstruction. If you can see the pump impellar, try turning it with your finger. If impellar does not turn freely, replace drain pump.
