The bellow or gasket may need to be replaced. this is a common problem with front loaders as the bellow can be pierced by anything that may be in or even on your clothes. I would visually inspect every inch of the front bellow to see if there is a TEAR or PIN HOLE.

New bellows $150 plus fitting so I use a Bike repair it and used the glue to glue a piece of bicycle tube to the inside of the seal to cover the chip by 1 cm either side and trimmed to the same height as the seal lip.
I then placed a little bathroom sanitized silicon sealant over the repair within the chip, wet down with soapy water on the door glass in the chip area and shut the door. Carefully wipe of any excess with wet finger and repeat. Open the door and let it all cure.

Door on ge front loader washer leaks, door gasket is fine. Could it be the lock not working properly

Yes it could be the door lock not pulling the door in enough to make the seal. Solution... Remove covers and with door pressed in hard, ( You may need help ), adjust the lock mechanism to make seal. Put lock-tite on the threads after it works for you. This will prevent the shaking of the washer from losening of the nuts again.

Leaks like crazy. Looks like from under it somewhere and from the door.

Need to look at your seal in the front. I have replaced four of them in the past two and one half years I have owened mine. Do not use it if it is still leaking because there is electronic conrolers under there and if they short out its a prety penny to replace them. I hope this helps you.

try cleaning out the filter - it's behind the bottom panel (three screws to remove) you will see a round disk - unscrew it and pull out the filter. I have to clean ours every six months - it's too bad GE didn't put it in their manual, that this needs to be cleaned periodically.

The manufactures suggest putting washers on the back side of the hinge to draw the door tighter to the seal, otherwise you may have to replace the seal.
