I have a rubbermaid vertical shed, 52x32x77 (i think), and I am moving. how in the world am I supposed to get the bottom two pieces apart? It's the piece that you have to use a rubber mallet to snap into place when assembling.

I have a vertical rubbermaid shed that snapped together and didn't put anything heavy on shelves and 2 of the shelves fell down. How can I put back up and reinforce?

I'm not a carpenter, but you could get a piece of wood an one by four and drill a hole in the wood and adhere it to the shed on both ends and each shelve for support.

Hi, I would use 3/4" plywood and build a Horseshoe type structure at the desired height then place it on a lower shelf, place another shelf on top of it.

Rubbermaid shed comes apart with a strong wind....can it be reinforced somehow

yes why not. I would try ripping some plywood strips to fit in the separating area, both side's and either; drill through and bolt it together, or drive some wood screw's through. Hard to say for sure with out a detail picture of the separation point.

Rubbermaid Shed: Broken Latch (Part # HIP-046H)

Got to Rubbermaid's replacement part link below and fill out the form. Let them know that you need to replace an HIP-046H latch.

http://www.rubbermaid.com/SupportCenter/Pages/ContactInformationForm.aspx?ContId=72&Id=4

I filled out this form and received a better, metallic replacement latch in about 10 days. Hope this helps.
