Here are a few suggestions.
Sometimes too much water ( or not enough clothes) will result in tangled clothes.
Sometimes the types of clothes will tangle more easily than others.
( Thin cotton tee shirts or long cotton dresses might tangle easily. )
I might recommend you mix in some heavier and thicker items to help, such as towels or blue-jeans and see if that fixes the problem.
God bless your efforts.
Sometimes when the load get tangled during the cycle and you try to pull all the load out in one go, you can dislodge the seal and retaining spring. Remove the wire around the door seal, repositioned the seal around the edge of front panel porthole. There is a folded metal edge around the metal frame and the grey rubber gasket lips over this, once in position, offer up the metal retaining band and use a pair of long nosed pliers to stretch the spring so you can get it to sit around the seal. Sorry this a little long winded but very difficult to articulate properly, so I hope you get the gist. Cheers
The motor locked up because the thread is tangled. Remove the tangled thread before continuing the operation.Clean the bobbin case to remove the tangled thread. After cleaning the bobbin case, insert the bobbin case properly. If the needle is bent or broken, replace the needle. Then, thread the upper thread properly, and continue the operation. brother sewing machine
Tangling problems are normally related to how the washer is loaded. Do not place a garment around the perimeter in a circular fashion. Instead drop the article straight down in a kind of 'heap', one item next to or on top of another but not layed out in a circle. Hope this helps.
for using FixYa. Please provide me with brand and model no. Maybe it is not finalized
or it got shut off during finalizing. It may have got stuck due to loose labels
or has tangled itself with the roller. Try FW REW again and again to detangle
it. And while doing so if you can gear a different sound then that means the
tape is tangled. If you hear a different sound then try to open the tape
compartment by force or by unscrewing the compartment. Please do
accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further
assistance. Thanks Rylee
Check to see if the lower thread be tangled. Also, the bobbin could be threaded improperly in the shuttle hook. Rethread the bobbin in the shuttle hook.
How to detangle a thread---
When a machine stops operation due to tangled thread, do not turn the pulley by force. If the pulley is turned by force then, lower thread might not be picked up correctly and stitches might not be formed correctly.
If threads get tangled, remove a needle plate and cut the tangled threads by scissors or cutter.
Do rate the solution if you find it helpful & useful.
Take the thread out of the top and bottom and turn the handwheel by hand to see if the machine will rotate smoothly. Rethread, making sure that the thread is in the bobbin tension slot and that the upper thread is in the tension and the take up lever.
Sorry for the delay in response. I just found the sight this evening.
