Question about Shure LX2/Beta87 Professional Microphone

I am having a poping sound after each breath. It can be heard distincly in the speakers. It may need cleaning, how is this done correctly? tnt39028@gmail.com beta87a shure wieless

I don't think cleaning is going to resolve your problem. Perhaps there is something wrong with your mic and it might need to be sent in for repairs.

My right speaker isn't working...


If you hook what is now the left speaker does it work on the right hand channel? If not the cable to it is defective or the connections or the Amplifier is defective.

Yamaha clavinova kights coming but sound not coming


Has the sett been kept off power for some time. If so lett the power on for about 12 hours so that the circuits will breathe in the volatges. Sometimes happens when there is condensation and restricts circuit to perform.
If not also let the power on for sometime. plug the headphones and try if sound is heard if so the speaker connection can be faulty or the speakers.
Other wise the mother board must be checked. if the selected tones are changing, then the audio amplifier must be checked.

The sub unit after a short time starts to rumbling and poping sound even if there is no audio being played i even take off speakers and sound lead still makes a poping sound this is the second unit to go...


very possible you have a faulty capacitor on the main board, or it is going bad. You can test any of them with an ohmmeter to see if you have one with no or low reading. You can get them at shopjimmy.com

Radio cracking/no sound


I disconnected the amp and ran jumper wires between the two harnesses basically creating an amp bypass everything now works fine.

Poping may be from static discharge around unit or in patch wires. This problem is not common to circuitry but with peripherals
