Mine is a NN-S962BF. runs 5 seconds and shuts off. Also the door has to be slammed to shut the light off to operate. What parts should I replace? Thanks.

We have a Panasonic microwave oven model NN5255W. When the power switch is pressed it appears to start but shuts down in five seconds. A clicking or snapping sound is clearly audible originating in the top left corner.

I have a 1300W NN-SW951WF that is experiencing the same problem. When i start at full power I hear a periodic click click (sounds like a relay latching) and then the microwave shuts off. It runs for about 3sec.
