I have several mini discs containing old time music that I want to transfer to my computer, and finally come up MP3 CD's. I have a SONY MD WALKMAN MZ-E500 player. How do I go about transfering? What...

You will need just a mini-jack cable to connect the headphones output to the line in from the motherboard of your pc - put the volume at low, you will probably have to make several tries till you get the correct volume.
Then just use a recording program like Audacity

How do i transfer my music from my sharp mini disc player MD-MT280E(S) to a windows media player on my computer?

You can't. At least not digitally. It's a hardware limitation of the MiniDisc system that was to prevent piracy. Unfortunately it does not distinguish between copyrighted material and recordings which are not subject to copyright.

There is no way around this as the circuitry just isn't there.

All you can do is to play the track in real time by connecting a lead between the audio output socket and your pc's audio input socket. Some MiniDisc players will have a menu setting to allow the headphone socket to be set to line output to bypass the volume control circuitry for enhanced quality.

I recorded analog music on md.now how can i transfer analog music to pc and chanege it to digital music on memory of pc.

Your analogue music will have been recorded digitally by your machine.

Digital transfers are only possible from the host pc/Mac to the player and not the other way around.

But you can transfer the audio signal by connecting the headphone output to the Mac audio input; look into the Minidisc player menu and you can set the headphone socket to "line" which bypasses the volume control circuits for better quality, your computer will then re-convert the analogue input into a digital signal with a small loss of quality.

Ihave music india on line installed but I cant play any music

You have software conflict on playing online music. Uninstall real player or go to real player or media player setting and find any option on online music playing, disable all those feature related to internet. Restart. If this does not work, you have to uninstall Real player.
Keep informing.

Freezing up when i hook up the usb cable to my real player

You can try this, but I was completely unable to get a similar model, the SA4111 to work on my computer using any method at all - this was not their best product:

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

My ilo mp3 player is ruining christmas.....

This is the worst mp3 player ever invented - i have to tell you this up front. There is no driver, the company does not support the product anymore - I would return it now while you still can.

Either the device is bad, the pc port is bad, or the software is faulty. Try connecting to different usb port, then a usb port on a different pc with a compatible os. If still not recognized, then there is physical damage to player.
