The grill is discontinued by the company. But mostly you will get the required burner and other parts for this grill at lowes store.

The Jenn-Air gas grills from Lowe's Stores have been discontinued.First of all this grill is a Lowe's store brand grill. They licensed the name Jenn-Air and hired Nexgrill of China to make it. While Lowe's pushed the Jenn-Air name, they had nothing to do with this grill and do not support it. Support is provided by Lowe's Stores. Do not buy this grill because of it's name. Support for these grills has been improved since these grills where introduced in 2004.There have been a lot of problems with support for this line of grills in the past. Recently Nexgrill has introduced a new line of support (basically a subsidiary company) that is intended to help with this problem but issues seem to continue.
Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Hi, you have to contact Clagrill on 501-821-4050 to request for your parts. I think they have a free shipping policy within the US.....

I have a jinnair model JA460N Gas Grill that currently runs on natural gas, I need to convert to propane. Is this possible and if so is there a conversion kit available?

Yes, I believe a kit is available. If you purchased this Jenn Air grill from Lowe's, it was manufactured by Nexgrill Industries. Not Jenn Air. In any event, Lowe's no longer sells the Jenn-Air line of grills. My very best advice is to contact Nexgrill Customer Service @ 800-913-8999. In addition to the burner orifice parts you'll have to have, you will also need a grill tank Hose/Regulator Assembly.

Hope this helps and Happy Grilling!

I have a Jenn-Air gas grill model #720-0061-LP it has 3 brass burners and a rotisserie burner on the back wall. the flame from the middle burner is shooting back into the knob causing issues with the...

I have had the same problem before with same exact grill. The burners get clogged and the gas pressure backs up. I have had this actually split a gas valve and the plastic electronic igniters do not have a chance withe the head. Call nexgrill and get all new burners under warranty. This will solve the problem for a while. The latest burners that I received in Aug 2010 are 1/2 inch shorter and may solve this problem. You may want to buy new gas valves since the excess heat in this area may have damaged the valve. Since 2004, I am on my 5th set of burners, 2nd set of gas valves and 3rd electronic ignitor. May just recycle grill and get a Weber or go with charcoal.

Flare behind temperature knobs on jenn-air gas grill

This seems to be a problem for most Jenn-Air users. The burners are defective, rusted or clogged and allowing the flame to "back up." You most likely have a melted electronic ignitor as well as gas valve damage. The new burners that I received this week for my model 720-0061-LP are 1/2 inch shorter than previous versions. Time will tell if this fixed the problem. I would call Nexgrill and get all new burners and inspect the gas valve area for damage. Since 2004, I am on my 5th set of burners, glad they were free since I have a lifetime warranty on my model.

I have a Jenn-Air model #720-0061-LT gas grill. All three burners cracked and I have received replacements but can not get their Tech. Support people on the phone to get installation instructions. Greg

How did you get your replacement burners, they are covered under the lifetime warranty.

They are east to replace, simply lift out of guide hole in back of grill slide off of the gas source. Then slide new burner on gas source and position back into guide hole.

Grill jenn-air will not heat past 100 degrees

You need to pull the burners out and scrub open the side feedholes on the burner. These ususally clog up over time reducing the heat available for cooking. Also, sometimes the Gas regulator goes bad over time when left outside for a year or two. A bad regulator will put out less gas as it fails closed.

The gas flow is very low to the 3 burners on my grill

Hi - assuming there is no severe kink in your gas hose and there isn't any other obstruction in your gas line, a likely cause is that your regulator is faulty and may need to be replaced. I don't think they are very expensive.

You may want to post your problem on the Jenn-Air section of this forum: http://www.bbqsource-forums.com

I've had good luck getting help there with my grills.
