My washer spins but will not drain. the pump seems to be working but wont drain

The drain line is probably clogged... sometimes debris or small objects can get in between the tubs and plug the lines...if not, the pump may be bad. I just replaced my pump on my GE washing machine.

Washer will spin but clothes are still very wet

CHECK YOUR WASHER DRAIN PROTECTOR. GO TO www.repairclinic.com AND ENTER YOUR MODEL NUMBER. SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN AND CLICK THE RED 100, THEN LOOK FOR PART 541811. FIND IT AND CLEAN IT OUT. YOU TIMER ONLY ALLOWS A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO DRAIN THE WATER OUT AND IF THIS PART IS CLOGGED THEN THE WASHER DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO EVACUATE THE WATER.

Possibly the centrifugal clutch is slipping, would need to be replaced, Go to appliance guru to see how this is done, they have step by step on this procedure.
