Question about Verizon Communications LG Chocolate Cell Phone - Black
Kopila, These phones are very delicate with so many features in such a small body. It is a very common phenomenon that the connection to the speaker broke. A small thud can do it. A thud that we do not even consider a thud could be bad enough. The only way out is to open it up and re solder the connection to the speaker. And if you do not have the required tools then you should go to a professional. There is no other way that the sound stopped unless you subjected it to high voltages or moisture, which is not possible under normal circumstances. Yes there are people who, inadvertantly, drop the phone in water. In that case you would have had more trouble than only 'no sound'. All the best and thank you for coming to FixYa.
