If it's loosing water this should be a structure warranty. I have two of these and had to drain the spa and shine a light in the spa and take pictures from underneath. Then the light will show off the cracks well. If your the original owner just keep at Dream maker, they should give you a new one.

SOURCE: motor will not come on.

OH stands for Over Heat situation.
If the motor is not working at all, you are getting the OH code because of that. The OH happens when there is not enough circulation in the hot tub which causes the water near the heater to overheat the sensor located in that area. It sounds like either the pump has failed, the wiring has shorted to the motor, or the control board is not telling the pump to come on.
Its probably a bad motor since the heater is obviously activating, which it wouldnt if the pumps motor was getting no power. Replace motor and all should be well again.

Dream Maker Spas leak

This means one of your top jets is leaking. Firstly try Fix A Leak this will stop any leak up to an 1/8". If this does not help there will be more difficult work in store.
Each jet sits in a jet body, these jet bodies are behind the tubs shell, you'll need to get in behind them to see which one is leaking. This can be difficult as they are often covered in insulation foam.
