Either side's drive system is composed of two guide bearings, a drive pulley and both wheel tubes. You need to replace whichever one(s) are failing. Remove the seven screws inside the unit that hold the side plate on as well as the handle screw. Pull the side plate and replace parts as needed. Reassemble in reverse order.
