From page 24 of the owner's manual:

Audible Signal Elimination

If you wish to have the oven operate with no audible
signals, touch HELP GUIDE, the number 2 and
STOP/CLEAR.

To cancel and restore the audible signal, touch HELP
GUIDE, the number 2 and START.

If you don't have your owner's manual, I've uploaded it to our site for your convenience:

GE Spacemaker JVM1450AA001 started beeping then said to enter the time, which I couldn't enter because none of the panel buttons work, and is now showing F3 code? Sounds like the touch pad pa

Yeah, I think you're right, sounds like a shorted touchpad to me. Can you fix it? I don't know. You will have to disconnect and re-connect quite a few cables and connectors from the control panel. If you've never done that kind of work before, then I would not recommend that you try; it would be all too easy to damage something (like pulling a wire out of a connector, or inserting it wrong.

Operation manual is lost, how do I set the clock?

The manual for the Magic Chef MCD1311ST Microwave can be downloaded in pdf format from the following site (follow the link then click the "Manuals" tab):
http://www.mcappliance.com/mwodetailpage.aspx?ModelName=MCD1311ST

If you don't have time to download, here's what the instructions state:

SETTING THE CLOCK
When the oven is first plugged in, the display will flash ":0" and a tone will sound. If the AC power ever goes off, the display shows ":0" when the power comes back on.

1. Touch CLOCK pad.
This is a 12 hour clock system.

2. Touch CLOCK pad once more.
This is a 24hour clock system.
NOTE: This oven has multiple clock system. If you want 12 hour clock system, omit this step.

3. Enter the correct time of day by touching the numbers in sequence.

4. Touch CLOCK pad.
The display stops blinking, and the colon start blinking. If you selected 12 hour clock system, this digital clock allows you to set from 1:00 to 12:59. If you selected 24 hour clock system, this digital clock allows you to set from 0:00 to 23:59.

5. Touch STOP/CLEAR pad.

NOTE: If you attempt to enter an incorrect time, the time will not be set and a error signal tone will sound. Touch the CLOCK pad and re-enter the time.

Hello; my oven has been working perfectly. I tried to use the defrost. For doing that I pushed several different pads. Finally with the help of the Owner´s Manual I coudl use the defrost, but the oven is...

It sounds like what you've done is locked up something in the timer. I'd unplug the unit., wait a few minutes and plug it back in. If that doesn't do it, I'd look at whether your unit has some kind of child's lockout that you may have activated. Not that...we've got to look at more issues.

Key Pad only works on some numbers. Others do not respond when pushed

Unplug the unit. Generally, remove the screws inside the door that hold on the faceplate. Inside, it will become rather obvious how to detach the keypad from the main circuit board. Note that some of the screws are longer than others. Carefully unplug the wire loom from the board. Note that these plugs have a small movable section. Flush to the board is lock...up is unlocked. Make sure when you push the loom in that the section is up...then push it down. By the way...before you buy a new part, unplug each connection related to the key panel and reinstall. It may just fix it.
