Sounds like the memory card became corrupted, beware of buying massive memory data cards for ps2 as the bigger they are the more chance of problems, sounds like you will have to get new card.

Athlon processor upgrade assistance:

Go to this link:

http://us.msi.com/?func=searchresult&keywords=ms-7025

Select the model motherboard you have and click on the CPU support link, it will show you a list of CPU's that are supported. You have a socket 939 board and AMD CPU's are now AM2, AM2+ and AM3 socket, which are 940 pin. It may be difficult to find a new CPU for your motherboard that is new since they have not been made in awhile.

Ct3.exe has stopped working - Crazy Taxi 3 game

This can be caused by: 1: low system configuration
2: An error in the game system

These are the requirements that you have to meet: 1 GHz processor Pentium III/AMD Athlon, Windows 98/2000/ME/XP, 256 MB RAM, 500 MB Hard disk Space, Geforce 3/ATI Radeon 8500 or higher, (except MX) Matrox Parhelia. Or you can try to reinstall the game

INSERTED NEW DATEL 64MB MEMORY CARD INTO A PS2

Be very carefull with accessories for Playstations as ones that are not Sony brand can cause damage/malfunctions with your system. The only ones that should be used that are not Sony brand are ones that Sony has certified for use with their equipment.

PS2 Memory Card Read Error

I must assume that the card you are talking about is not a Sony brand memory card. Sony Playstations are very picky with memory cards and can cause strange malfunctions even permanent damage if they are not Sony brand or Sony approved memory cards. Sorry that doesn't fix it, but my brother lost his by using a non Sony memory card. It fried the machine.

RAM NOT DETECTING

I had the same issue on this board where it came with a Samsung 512 MB 533 MHz PC2-4200 DDR2 DIMM. I put in a 1 GB Kingston with the same specs (533 MHz PC2-4200 DDR2) and it would not recongize the Samsung anymore with the system reading as 1 GB of RAM instead of 1.5 GB. Tried every configuration and would only see the Kingston. It would only see the Samsung if I pulled out the Kingston regarless of the slots I use. So, I just bought the exact same make/model of Kingston and it recognized that fine and the system now has 2 GB of memory (max this board allows). And, I had already installed the latest BIOS for this board from Intel before doing all this so wasn't an old BIOS. I'm figuring the board didn't like something about the Samsung memory (speed, module configuration, etc.) that made it not play nice with the Kingston. If interested I bought the DM8400A/1G Kingston modules. And, this board appears not to support dual channel memory. Only has channel A, slots 0 and 1, and I read need two channels to support dual channel (seems obvious). Boards that supports dual channel memory normally have 4 memory slots, two for channel A and two for channel B, then put in matching modules in slot 0 for channel A and B and have dual channel memory access. And if want more ram, then matching modules in slot 1 for channel A and B.
