Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Dishlex Global 300 - stopping mid cycle

This is just a suggestion....  so please try and please post any corrections.
Anthony M is on the right track.  Refer to his entry and download the manuals. Tks Anthony.  When the Dishlex 300 starts for the first time, there is a service mode set up. The service mode allows you to set a 'fill-time' for the water to reach the right level, dependent on the water pressure and flow... which is described in the manual.  So resetting the Dishlex is the first step. Then set the water level.  If the water is too low, it will not wash, it will flash. When the water is too high, it will leak out of the rubber seal.
I hope this helps you all. Waz

Some diswashers have a sump in the bottom with a float switch. If the water level overflows the float will activate the switch which will kill the machine and run the drain pump continuously.

SOURCE: Replace bottom door seal on Dishlex Global 300 Dishwasher - Model DX300SA

HI - i just replaced the bottom seal yesterday. The guy at the spares shop advised me to replace both (bottom of door and bigger seal ) at the same time to ensure no leaks - i did that. The bottom door seal come out when you unscrew the screws - (No need to remove door) and because of all the gunk (from years of washing and age of the rubber) i had to wedge a blunt knife in between (starting at one of the ends) and lever it out - MAKE SURE YOU TAKE NOTE OF THE WAY IT IS BEFORE YOU REMOVE IT! An easy way to remember is there is a nick in the rubber of the old (and new) seal and as it is not centred, just note if the nick is closer to the left or right of the machine, I have replaced mine and there is a little leak and now i wonder if i put the seal in upside down! it has to go in the same way - before you gimmy your's out can you tell me if the nick in the rubber is to the left or right? (LIZ at yodelayeeoo@gmail.com) If I have put in back right there is a chance the screw didn't go through the plastic part of the seal and therefore not holding it in place properly. GOOD LUCK! Don't worry about having to really work at getting the old seal out - you don't need it anymore and i didn't damage mine, regards, Liz

SOURCE: My Dishlex Global 300 dishwasher

Hi,
I think I had the same problem. I don't know much about dishwashers, but the "Flashing Rinse" has something to do with the drain, or the drain pump (which is why the water doesn't drain).

My dishwasher stopped its cycle, after having filled up with water, even though everything else worked fine, because the drain pump was not even turning on. So I guess, the first question I asked was, is the drain blocked? No. When this happened the first time, the flashing rinse cam up. After that, the dishwasher just wouldn't drain, and there was no longer a flashing rinse.

So then, I figured, the drain pump is probably rooted. The drain pump is found underneith the dishwasher, just behind the front panel on the left hand side. You'll need to remove the metal covers from the front and the left.

When this happened to me, I thought I'd need to buy a new pump, so I pulled the other one out (its a bit fiddly, you have to disconnect the two electrical wires, then remove the drain pipe from it, and then wiggle it off. But when I got it out, I unscrewed it (it has the special hexagonal screws, not phillips or flathead), and it turns out, a fairly large fruit seed had got into the drain pump and blocked it, preventing it from spinning. I put it back together again, and it worked.
It so far has beaten paying $100 for a new pump.

If you want a visual of what the drain pump looks like, look up the dishwasher part number #8905912, you should be able to find it on the internet. Hope this helps.

Happy New Year and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly.
It took a while to locate the manual as there was not a model number. The model number I located was an Electolux DW300XA and the manual can be found here:

If this is not your model number, please respond wth your model number and I will look for the correct manual.

Dishlex Global 300 Dishwasher

Thomo, make sure the sprayer holes in the spray arms are clean. Grains of rice seem to be a dishwashers biggest enemy as they don't desolve and eventually end up lodged in the spray holes. The holes at the end of the spray arms are the ones responsible for the washing out of the soap powder from the dispenser, if they are blocked this does not happen.
Hope this helps
Cheers

Can you connect a dishlex global 300 dishwasher to the hot water supply?

Hi Devilnz_05

I have a DX300WA global model and the instruction manual actually recommends that you use the hot water outlet for a better cleaning result, but of course it is not mandatory.
