Hunter ceiling fan 22450 no reverse switch manual says there is.

The reverse switch usually is in the lamp housing directly under the motor. With a vaulted ceiling installation, you would need to use a ladder to get access to the switch

I am unable to change the direction of the blades on my hampton bay fan. I am unable to locate the switch

Alexander, if you have a light kit on your fan, look just above where it's a attached to the bottom of the fan. There will be a 2 position slide switch on the side of the housing.. Up is for Winter operation, Down is for Summer operation. Turn the fan OFF and wait until the blades stop turning before switching the direction of the rotation.

Hope this helps you.

Can not find directions to reverse fan rotation for summer

it should be a simple slide switch on the side of the housing that moves up and down to change the direction of rotation of the fan motor and blades. look at the manual that came with the fan to make sure it has this feature but i personally have never seen a fan without one.
