When you installed the new drain unit, did you put "plumbers putty" on the underside of the flange when you put it in the sink bowl? There should be a plastic type washer that gets squeezed on the plastic ball of the pop up mechanism to seal that area also. And the bubble rubber seal probably is the one to use with the flat plastic washer when tightning the big nut on the bottom. Make sure all three of these areas get sealed properly.

You have already checked the two obvious things now make sure the two supply lines from the shut off valves are not kinked or turned it such away as to close off the water flow. If that is ok then there may be some debris in the internal filter screens.

Keep in mind that this faucet design will not put water out at a high pressure if it did it would splash all over the place.

You will need to remove the old cartridge from inside the shower valve body and either refurbish it with new rubber seals and O rings or replace the cartridge altogether (preferable). It's not a complicated fix but the Posi Temp cartridge can be a bear to remove. Moen and Danco make special 'pullers' to make the cartridge removal go a little easier (sold at Lowes/HD and plumbing supply for anywhere between $15 and $35 but well worth it, IMO).

I was able to figure out how to get the handles apart, but can't figure out for the life of me how to get the center spout removed. Faucet is a Moen & Villeta Two Handle Lavatory Faucet

I took a look at the brand on the web and though I do not know your model, it appears that the center spout would have to be loosened from down under the sink and then pulled up from the top. Those units usually come in three parts, two valves and the spout. The valves are put in from under the vanity/sink and the spout is put in from above the vanity/sink.

I did not get the instructions for the pop up installation. do i put plumbers putty around the seal between the sink and the pop up?

yes.
however plumbers putty is not recomended on cultured marble tops. (one piece counter top with built in sink) it will stain and discolor the marble
I recomend using silicone for these tops, just make sure to let dry for a couple of hours before using.
the silicone will only go around the drain in the top of the sink, don't use the silicone anywhere else. I like to use a little plumbers paste around the rubber washer on the underside of the sink, and just a little bit on any threads.
do not over tighten, use your chanel lock pliers until it is snug. if it is a plastic pop-up, they can break easily, so go easy

My newly installed pop up Moen drain included with my new Moen Adler faucet model CAL84502, leaks past the rubber gasket that holds it up against the basin overflow drain. What can I do to stop this?

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your drain Dave. It might be as simple as tightening the nut another 1/8th of a turn. You've got to be careful here as the plastic parts for the drain can easily break if too much force is applied. Hand tighten only.

If tightening it up doesn't work then disassemble the pop up and look at the rubber washer. See if there are any signs on the washer that might tell you where it isn't sealing against the underside of the sink. Check the sink to ensure it is not cracked or chipped around the bottom of the drain. If everything looks fine then reassemble the drain and look again for leaks. It's possible something could have become trapped between the washer and sink allowing a capillary action to let water escape at this point. If the problem persists try using a little bit of plumbers putty with the washer as there could possible be a defect in the porcelin or steel of the sink drain allowing water to escape. Let me know if the problem persists and we'll have another go at it.

How do you take a moen bathroom Model #: 84206 apart to fix a drip? Hot water side has a slow drip. Need to replace a seal. How does it come apart?

On the handle it self you should see a red and blue button plug. Remove this and you will see set screw. Remove handle, remember to shut off hot and cold water supplies under sink before you go any further.

Can't remove moen bathroom faucet assembly to replace it. can't figure out how to seperate it from the sink...

If you are dealing with the type of Moen faucet I think you are, what you need to do is remove the pop-up rod. do this by loosening the locking bolt on the linkage under the sink and pulling the rod out from the top. Once the rod is out you will need to find the correct size allen wrench which goes into the center hole. there is a mounting bolt in there that needs to be unscrewed. Easy when you know how.
