Greetings chasity hans,

If your camera is not functioning and you have a performance service plan, you would want to take it to your local Best Buy™ store to have it serviced.

I hope this helps.

Thank you,

Dorothy

I have a fujifilm F10 digital camera. Its zoom lens is broken and it is not possible to focus. where can I get it repaired? is there authorised service centre for fuji in bangalore

Basically you have to find the nearest dealer to you and they should be able to tell you where the repair depot is and how much it will cost. If you go to

http://www.fujifilm.com/worldwide/

And locate the nearest place to you or contact Fuji using one of the contact email or phone numbers.

Having said all that I would caution you that the repair will not be cheap if they will do it. If the lens is broken due to a accidental drop etc then they classify it as user abuse and will not touch it. If the lens has mechanically failed ie the little motor went out then they will repair it. The problem is the repair may cost more than just buying a new camera. If you have any warranty and the problem was not your doing then you should be able to get it fixed with no problem. If you don't have warranty just look for a new camera price and then get Fuji to estimate the repair cost for you.

Where to by a lcd. My. is broken

Chances are you will not be able to purchase JUST the lcd for this camera by itself. Even if you were able to get one taking apart the camera and replacing it would be a rather difficult task. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer and trying to make a warranty claim on it. Warranties usually dont cover physical damage though so best of luck.

Nikon d90 builtin flash not working

How long have you had the camera? It might still be covered by warranty. If it is covered by warranty, then contact Nikon to find the warranty fixing instructions for your area. If it is not in warranty, then getting it fixed might be as easy as taking it to your local camera store (not Best Buy/chain stores) Local camera shops usually can fix these issues. Prices can vary depending on your area.
If this isn't an option, getting an external flash head might be your best option. I know a Nikon sb80 is relatively cheap, but a similar alternative to the on camera flash head.

Broken screen :(

This is NOT a warranty claim. You broke it by misuse and therefore it will not be replaced under a warranty. Warranties deal with manufacturers faults. To repair this is expensive and I would suggest biting the bullet and buying a new one is cheaper and easier to do. In future carry your camera in a bag not your pocket as it will be too easily damaged

Battery Problem Casio EX-S880 Digital Camera

Ive had this happen twice. The first time I went back to the store and talked to the tech people to see if it was a problem with the camera itself but ended up buying a new battery. About a week ago, I finally found my charger to plug in the camera that I hadnt used in weeks to find the same problem once again. It must stem from long periods of non use. After finding this question I continued my research and the Casio website tells you to call 1-800-435-7732. Dont know if that helps much but I will be calling them in a little while. Good luck.

Replacing LCD screen - How hard is it to do this/how to do it?

well, it all depends on the camera. if you have a 2000 dollar camera, might be better to take it to a place where then can order and put it in. If you have a 200 dollar camera, it's probably better to buy on, as your 200 dollar camera is now selling for $140... that said, let's go upstream a bit-- putting it in assume you can get the part. Why not look for the part first. If you find it somewhere, there will probably be instructions as to how to put it in. And THAT said, I dont know of a massive market for camera parts. Camera accessories, yes. Replacement parts for broken pieces? Hmm, probably just the manufacturer itself, and ebay. I dont trust most ebay sellers, and so a call to your manufacturer's 800 line you be helpful. You can find out your 1) warranty status, 2) the replacement part number and 3) the prospect of putting it in/instruction/if you can do it at all. 4) possible cost to replace by sending it in.

by the way, regarding your warranty, if you purchased with a platinum credit card, you could be holding a two year warranty, not just one.

lastly, specifics on your question really rest on your exact make and model....

Dropped camera. lens open and crooked

Sorry to say you have broken the lens, replacement of the lens is the only practical repair and if you cant swap one yourself from a dead camera it would be beyond economical repair.
If you are adventurous you could buy a faulty one of ebay and swap the lens or if the faulty one has a broken screen or mode dial swap yours over to the faulty one..
there are a couple of "tricks" do getting this camera open drop me a line if you decide to proceed...

best of luck

What is the part number for the lcd screen on a samsung s850

If your camera costs less than $350.00, parts plus shipment will hit you over $90.00.

Oh, they come with no warranty.

Best just use the camera like a film camera. Shoot and download into computer to view or delete photos. This step is slower, but still cheaper than repairing or using film camera.
