I am having problems when I send an email and then they try to forward it to someone else, they get some kind of encryption message.

Is there any way to replace Windows Vista, I don't really want to relearn this operating system. "It is really hard to teach an old dog new tricks"

I think I'd recommend you to move to windows 7, to make a long story short, It's like this:

Windows 7 = Windows Vista - All the dumb stuff microsoft decided would be smart, it's way simpler than vista too.
But don't move to Windows 7 before checking if your drivers are supported by windows 7 or else you're plain stuck
