If you are infected with spyware you have 2 options

1. you buy an antispyware software and you scan your Pc
make shure you dont scan your pc with one of those free ones on the internet, they offer free fixes but youre really getting more spyware. But you will not be 100 % clean you will still have spyware even if you scan your system 100 times.
this is with any antispyware or antivirus.

2. you erase everything and by everything i mean windows.

if youre pc is a hp , compaq you may have a restore partition.

if its a generic youll need to buy xp or vista

Dont try to do this yourself , take it to some one who knows what their doing , like geek squad for example.

"Spyware" is a term used to describe software that advertises, collects personal information or changes the configuration of your computer.

Rogue anti-spyware programs are classified as "spyware."
These programs change your Internet settings and redirect your Internet searches to malicious websites.

For example, when you search for "Google," a rogue anti-spyware program might instead take you to a website selling rogue software.

Examples of rogue anti-spyware programs include Vista Defender Pro, XP Antispyware 2011 and System Restore.

Fortunately, these programs can be removed so that you can access sites like Google again.

Click "Start," then "All Programs," and then "Windows Defender" to open Windows Defender.

Click the down arrow next to the Help button. Select "Check for Updates." Windows Defender will install available updates. This may take several minutes.

Click the down arrow next to Scan and select "Full Scan" from the drop-down menu.
Windows Defender will scan your entire computer and automatically remove any spyware that it detects.

In a situation like this it's most likely you have come across a virus, whether it be a trojen, worm, ect. Backup all your important files from your computer, documents, pictures, movies, music. Once this is done, reinstall your copy of Windows XP, and make sure you have a good anitvirus, malware, and spyware programs I recommend using either Avira Anti-Virus or AVG for virus protection, Malware Bytes for malware, and Super Anti Spyware for spyware, all of which can be obtained freely. You can find these programs on www.filehippo.com Just search for them, and you can download them from this site. Install your protection after installing XP, then run a scan on your backup data before you put it back onto the computer, just in case any of these files may be infected!

Nightmare ned CD/ROM

This software was released long before Win7 was being worked on. Thus it isn't going to work directly in Win7; Microsoft has changed a lot in the OS. However, with a bit of work and either Win7 Pro or Ultimate, there is a workaround. Install the XP mode program from Microsoft (it's a two download process) and create a virtual computer inside your main computer. You should be able to install and run the game within the virtual computer.

I hope this helps.

Keystroke logger

Try this site. I have used Ghost Key Logger. Works well. Beware that spyware and antivirus programs WILL see this program and warn you about it.
