BILL PAY

WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO PAY MY BILL ONLINE?
IT SHOULD BE A LOT EASIER FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO FIND BILLPAY BUT MAYBE THAT IS YOUR STRATEGY FOR HELPING ME TO BE LATE WITH A PAYMENT.
I SPEND A LONG TIME LOOKING FOR A WAY TO PAY.
ONCE I CALLED BUT IT SHOULD BE A LOT EASIER THAN THIS.
ANY CHANCE SOMEONE MIGHT GIVE ME A CLUE SO I CAN FINALLY PAY THIS BILL OFF AND HOPEFULLY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SO I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS BEAUCRACY?
