I went to one of the two sites you recommended for a live chat and after asking my question, the answer I received was "wrong site dude-check out www.apple.com." Not the best answer I have ever received to one of my questions.

The 2nd site that you listed for me to go to (I don't remember the name of it), that was the response I received after I typed in my question. It was a live chat.

You are correct about us not having a chat session. It was one of the sites you recommend that I try-that was were I had a chat session and received the response I told you about. Thanks for trying to help.

Hi, I bought a pair of sony bubble ear buds less than a month ago and was really enjoying them, but the left earbud has gone completely silent. I take good care of them and don't ever play my music...

its probably not the earbuds just that it seems all sony mp3 players have a problem in which the left side contact in the jack (the hole that the earbuds plug into) goes bad had this happen on the third player so far .

My mix max volume is all the way to its max but it still sounds very low

I had the same problem with standard over the head earphones, however, when I used it with earbuds, the volume increased tremendously and we now have no problems with the volume sounding too low. My daughter has a hard time with regular earbuds, so I purchased some "clip" style earbuds.

I have a problem with earbuds or headphones, when I plug the earbuds in it only plays on my right side of earbuds.

Hey...that's the exaxt same thing that happened to me. On the same side too.

If you've had it for awhile the only thing I can suggest is replace it.

Only one earbud working

Either the connector on the ipod is broken or something more serious

You can try reseting the device
To reset your iPod:
  • 1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  • 2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.
