Question about Washing Machines
That lint is almost certainly undesolved soap. (Make sure the filters are not torn or defective.). There is the hard way(correct method) or the less stressful method to clear the problem if the filters are good. 1)For the householder to do, Fill the tub up with hot water only at least 2ce a day for about a week.(no clothing in) and when it is 3/4 full, let the water just sit in there and simmer for about 30 min. When luke warm, select spin and drain completely Repeat again and eventually, the soaps in the system will desolve to a mininum. If the washer is connected to a hot tap or the unit has a heater element, then do a hot wash selecting hot water that way.
