Question about HP Color LaserJet 3500 Printer
I tested the paper path with one page. This page makes it all the way through, and
stops half-way through the fuser. There is no tearing, wrinkling or noise.
- The page stops in the same place every time.
- On a two page test, the second page stops while waiting for the first page to completely exit the fuser. Eventually, the sensors at page two time-out and display a 13.01 or 13.02 error.

Action Check for media stopped or jammed in the area of Tray 1 pick-up, Tray 2 pick-up/feed, and Tray 3 pick-up area (if Tray 3 is installed).
