I have Outlook 2010 client on my PC. My ISP mail account is forwarded to Outlook via POP3 mail account. I also have a gmail account to which I forward all mail to from my ISP mail address. My gmail calendar is bi-directionally synchronised to my Outlook calendar using 'Google Calendar Sync' and likewise my gmail contacts are bi-directionally synchronised to my Outlook contacts using 'Go Contact Sync'. then it was a simple matter on my Windows Phone 7 to create a Google mail account to my gmail account. I can create contacts, calendar entries in either Outlook, Gmail or my phone and they are all sync'd with each other. 'Google Calendar Sync' and 'Go Contact Sync'' are free downloads.
You can not directly copy contacts from Sony phone to computer due to the contacts are stored in SIM card and phone's internal memory, but nut the SD card, but you can use some third party app like: Vibosoft Android mobile manager, Coolmuster Android assistant
what I've read, this program will take care of your problem, but it appears to
be only for SE (Sony Ericsson) phones. If anyone knows of a similar program for
Samsung phones, I'd love to hear about
Here is the info from
the download page, about the program:
*Begin Copy* Simply explore your
Sony Ericsson phone ! Connect your phone via cable, bluetooth or infrared and
you'll be surprised how easy and efficient you can manage your phone with this
compact software. Since it's first appearance MyPhoneExplorer evolved into the
most popular freeware tool for SE-phones and is constantly extended by new

MyPhoneExplorer is basicly compatible
with all Phones from SonyEricsson except P800i, P900i and P910i. Besides this
there exists a few Low-Cost-Phones (f.e. T200i) which does not have a

to install the PC-Suite first and the connection with MyPhoneExplorer is only
possible throught USB-Cable.
