Question about ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-PU1X-BK Netbook
Usually that means your battery is bad.
A certain well known discount computer supplier had about 10% of the batteries on this model bad when shipped.
If the computer is new enough, get the battery replaced under warranty. If it's out of warranty, a new battery can be had starting at about 50 bucks, you can even get extended batteries for more runtime...at a higher cost, of course.
