Hi, there are no reset buttons on the roof, but find the breaker panel in your RV, and you will find a breaker that is most likely tripped. You will need to reset it by turning it off and back on very firm. It should be about a 20 amp breaker. On the roof , there may also be a disconnect box with either a breaker or fuses also. Check the one inside the RV first, it is there somewhere. If it continues to trip the breaker, we will have to check to see if you have a problem with the compressor, condenser fan motor up top, and blower motor inside to see what is taking place. You may have a dirty coil up top that needs a good washing out as this will cause the unit to have high internal head pressures and will take out the compressor and keep tripping the breakers. Keep me posted on what you find and please don't forget to rate me as I know you will be kind. I will check back in with you on this to see how you are doing. It is 11:00p.m. here, so I will check on you in the a. m. This should solve your problem if you remove the top and make sure the condenser motor is running along with the compressor. Then kill the power again to wash this coil out. Please keep me posted.
Sincerely,
