What exactly are you needing help with? Most bikes are just static frames with a bunch of aftermarket (Shimano, for example) stuff hung on them.
Except for proprietary frames or technologies, everything on a common bike is found on just about any other brand of bike and the individual components are usually documented at the individual manufacturers' websites.
Places like http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help document many of the repair and adjustment procedures.
Search Engines will find tons of How-to videos for assembly and adjustment if you just type in the basic question.
