Question about LG Televison & Video
You are having a problem with the power supply board. This is a classic example of failing capacitors. If you look over the article on our web site at: http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/capacitors/ This talks about what the capacitors are and gives example picture of what they look like when they fail. You should be able to repair your TV for less that $20 if you can do the soldering yourself. Let us know what model LG you have at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the replacement part information for you. If you don't want to do the repair yourself, we do offer a repair service, information on this can be found at: http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/service-request-form/ If you get us the model information we can get you a repair quote, most can be done for $35-45 plus shipping.
I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.
