i dont see why you would have to take the engine apart for a timing belt you only need to remove a few items the belt and spark plugs should be part of the tune up wich is considered a major tune up wich should also involve water pump and filters

If there is continuity between the two terminals of the high voltage capacitor, then it is shorted and will need to be replaced.

When the cap shorts, it will blow the fuse, too.

i have the same problem with my k750i, without any damage or accident it went off, and thereafter i could not switch on despite several attempts. The battery is fully charged and the sim works with other cells. there is no any sign and the phone is compeletely dead.
