My Wagner paint ready sprayer will not spray paint

I'm sorry to hear that the container is stuck to your sprayer. Besides a bad thread or cross-threading, there isn't really any reason the container would be stuck - unless paint had been left in the gun long enough to cause it to dry. call 1-800-328-8251 and they'll do our best to assist you with this.

As a note, the Control Spray Double Duty is a thin body material sprayer for things like stains, sealers, varnish etc. Not for thick latex materials, which I suspect is what you're applying to the wall and ceiling. Not that this would cause the container to get stuck on the gun, but I wanted to point out that this gun probably isn't the best for the project you are tackling.

How to adjust

The distance is purely based on water pressure 15 PSI gets 9 feet, and 30 psi gets 12 feet. You probably have at least 30 psi so it is going to spray 12 ft. and you can't change that. The 1/2 circle nozzle is going to always spray 180 degrees, you can turn it to point where you want but you can't increase or decrease the pattern from 180 degrees. You can buy 1/4 and full circle nozzles for this sprinkler though. The last letter of the part number signifies that pattern. H=Half, F=Full, Q=Quarter so a 12DSH=half.

Spray is pulsing

this is usually caused by:

1. water in pressure tank of the compressor - clean the compressor holding tank
2. faulty valve in direct drive compressor (rare!)
3. dirty needle/gasket in the piece.
4. insufficient air flow

regarding 1:
stop the compressor,
open drain on separator and let all liquid out
allow pressure to drop to atmospheric
open drain valve on the tank and drain the content
on the compressor body find oil drain and drain oil
fill with new oil according to instruction on your compressor
close drain valve on the tank and separator
start compressor and check if problem is solved

re 2:
return valve is too difficult to change without specific model knowledge

re 3:
fill 1/3 (pint/500ml or less container)gun container with paint stripper and spray it directly to the sink or other container on full blast - WEAR SAFETY MASK, GOGGLES AND GLOVES! STRIPPER WILL BURN YOUR SKIN!
fill same level with water or solvent and run again, this operation should remove most of residual paints in nozzles and pipes.
check now nozzle for cleanliness and needle assembly, clean what necessary, use bit of vaseline when you will put it back together.
check for consistency of spray on piece of butcher paper with your usual paint. if problem solved - you are fine!

re4;
increase air flow... this actually should be done first.

for better instruction - please provide with model of the gun and paint used.

your comment and rating will be appreciated.

IBM Wheelwriter 6781 won't perform a full carriage

Spray some WD40 on the silver shaft that the carrier slides on. If this doesn't work Spray some on the carrier motor bearings, located under the case R. rear corner. You can access the front one from 9inside the rear you will have to fish the straw thru the case.

The dehumidifier does not shut off when the resevoir is full and therefore over flows.....how can I fix this

Turn the unit OFF and unplug it from the wall. Remove the bucket and empty any water that may be in it. Then, look at the top of the bucket for a float valve control. It slides from left to right, depending on whether you want it to shut off at half full or three quarters full. Slide the float left until it snaps for 3/4 full or all the way to the right until it snaps for 1/2 full. The bucket must be properly aligned for the float to work.

In your case, the float may have moved to the middle. Or the bucket is not squarely into it's holder, from top to bottom.

Troubleshooting the above should solve the problem.

Windshild liquid is not working, the tank is full

If you are in an area that has been experiencing extreme cold, then the fluid may be frozen in the line. To remedy this, take the vehicle to a carwash and spray the lines with the hot water until the car wash stops (1 quarter's worth). Then try the washer again.

The pump could be malfunctioning. With the key in the accessory position, have someone under the hood listen for the pump running. If the pump runs, you're in warmer climate and no fluid is being sprayed, then your pump may be defective.

Quarter screen display for cd games

I don't suppose the game being on CD has anything to do with it. You don't mention if you are using XP, Vista or what, so advice is general

Several things you should check :

1. on control panel, look at display settings - especially check you don't have multi-display settings (i.e. set to display screen over multiple screens) switched on.

2. click on icon for your graphics card in taskbar if you have one. Check the settings for your graphics card (probably ATI or Nvidia, but could be under name for brand such as Sapphire or XFX)) - also look for multi-display settings here.
