Question about Singer Sewing Machines
OK ..from what you say I understood that the back end of the needle is out too far and when you turn the wheel it is blocking cause in this case the needle is too long ..and it is stopping in something inside..
the thing to do is to unscrew the side needle screw...take out the needle ..(even change it if you have another one ..cause this one might be bent ..)
after that take a look at it ..and see that on one side..the bottom it is flat ...and the other is rounded...The flat side it has to be facing the machine...the arm ...and the rounded side in exterior..and this way it has to be pushed up ..thill the end...and after that tide up the side screw to hold it there ...if you positioned it well and pushed it all the way up ..now the machine will not block anymore..
