When I copy all the copies have a dark wide line almost black in the center, I replace the cartridge, let me know if You have a answer. thank you javier martinez

Hello,

Take a look at the paper path. You should see a glass strip somewhere. This is that "sees" the paper. This glass is probably dirty. Take a soft cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol or maybe Windex and clean it. Even a small dot on this glass will show as a long line on your paper. If the line is still there, it may be on your drum which will need replacement.
