I have a Kenwood RX370 in a 2001 Honda Fit. I'm trying to put in AUX mode!

Hi,if the input jack isn't in the radio face, your unit probably isn't aux equipped. The only input would be in the back of the deck, which would require you remove the unit and look for the aux input there. Hope that helps.

Kenwood z828/uf4 wire diagram

Ignition wire is NOT red
Battery wire is NOT yellow and
Ground wire is NOT black on the Z828 U4

Nobody is that stupid they couldn't have already figured it out if the colors were that obvious, hence they posted a query on this crappy site. The closes pinout I could find for this model is attached. You will likely have better luck doing a 12v test with a voltmeter.

How do change the tune to aux mode

Hi,

Look for the SRC (Source) button.

This button allows you to select the input modes, e.g. Tuner, CD, AUX.

Cheers,

Is a kenwood kdc 135 have a aux. for ipod capability

Look on the back to see if there is an auxilary socket plus on the front of the unit, is there an aux button to allow an input from an auxilary device. If you dont have a manual I would go to Kenwoods web site and enter in the model and see if you can download a user manual.

I dont know what botton on my kenwood to press to change it to the aux jack on the front

You have to turn the AUX on. Hit the source button till the radio goes in to standby mode. then press and hold the menu button.. toggle through till you find the AUX option, and set it to on. After that you should be able to just use the source button to select AUX

Auxillary option not available in menu

Try putting the unit in standby via the "SRC" button FIRST..., then press the menu button and cycle through to the "AUX 1" option and activate this....then press menu button again. When the unit is next switched on, you should have an "AUX" option accessible via the "SRC" button which will cycle through all of the availale modes ....standby-tuner-cd-aux etc etc.
