2. You can check by going to safe mode with networking screen: restart the computer-when it restarts keep tapping the F8 button on the keyboard that will take you to the advance boot options screen. When you go there select safe mode with networking and check whether you have any admin account available.
3. If not available then you need to do a recovery on the computer which will wipe out the entire data on the computer.
If you are ready to lose the data then you can start the recovery.
