Question about Samsung Phone PDCSLCD12B
I need to get in the MMC 722 to change button locations on the DCS-816, but can't access it.
I have tried using the MMC 800 route, but all I get is "NOT PERMIT" when I enter 722 after the country prompt.
All I seem to have access to is 102 -121.
can you help!
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Once in 722 type the extension number in the bracket at the top of the screen. The curser will then drop down to the button 1 key which will be call 1. Always keep the call 1/ 2 keys!!!
Press the button that you want to change and find the command on the relevant button.
