Did you try repairing the mouse with the receiver? During battery change it might have lost its pairing information.

SOURCE: I have an HP wireless mouse Model Number MORFD7UL.

After you put new batteries in did you synce the device?
If not you must sync the device, usually its as simple as hitting a button on the reciever (the thing that goes into the computer) and then hitting the button on the bottom of the mouse. try that and see if it helps.

My mouse curser moves to the middle of the screen and clicks by its self

It sounds like there is a problem with the touchscreen. Seems to have a bad spot and thinks it is being touched. In device manager of the control panel, you should be able to disable it under human user device. Double click on that to make sure that is it and select "do not use this device" or "disable" to see if that is the problem. Also, the drivers of the wireless kb and mouse may not be compatible with win8 and interfering with the touch screen.

I have a wireless HP 4 button laser mouse NK528AA, model: MORFD7UL. Is there a wireless keyboard that will work with the same dongle?

I'm afraid the the dongle is proprietary and only works with that particular mouse. You can however purchase a separate wireless keyboard and it shouldn't interfere with the mouse.

I need the small USB wireless receiver for the HP Model morfd7ul mouse. where can i get one..what is the part number to google for it?

Can't be done. HP doesn't sell the receiver separately. My wife found a mouse on an airplane that had been left behind by a previous passenger. I got on chat with HP, and after repeatedly asking for a computer model number (I don't own an HP computer), they finally directed me to the HP parts store phone number. After the Bangalorean that I spoke with (who was very nice) searched for a few minutes, she came back and told me that HP doesn't sell the receiver separately. I asked, "So I've got a useless mouse that HP won't support, correct?", she repeated that HP wouldn't sell the receiver separately.
This level of support is why I never purchase HP products.

Curser jumps all over screen when mouse moved

If you don'y use a mouse mat then your sensor (if you use a mouse with a censor) is picking up bumps, or changes in the surface it is moving over and turning it into jumps on your screen and using a mouse mat should solve this. If you use a mouse with a ball the take the ball out and give th rollers inside a good clean.

HP Optical Mouse Curser jumps around

I respectfully disagree with amusedgeek. He is correct aout the textured surface, though.Optical mice will take snapshots many times a second and reposition the cursor according to where the pattern was last. Rather than a single color, a pattern is your best bet for an optical mouse. The only thing I recommend is to make sure the mousepad isn't reflective at all- no glossy or semi-glossy surface. You want it to be non-reflective. Just to be sure there is nothing wrong with the mouse, you can test it simply by putting it on a newspaper and scrolling around.
