Pixma ip 5200 r -> CD Labeler Problem

Howdy!!

Gotta Problem here .....

Situation:
Pixma IP 5200 r (up until now worked fine) wont let us print with the cd labeler Proggy.

Configuratoion:
Pixma is hooked up the network - to a print server (w2k3). Client Print (obviously ;) )....

Problem:
Domain Admin can Print (no problem - W2k AND WXP)
Local Admin cannot print with the cd labeler anymore on a w2k client (though he can print normally!). He can print on WXP. This problem occured when we put the print server online last week for 5 hours and back on (only thing I can think of that could have caused the problem).

Server side:
Observations on the sever side are as follows .... as soon as local admin starts a cd label print job - the cd labeler dialogboxes show up (u know -> "make sure cd is not put upside down etc!) - click ok -> next screen -> "r u sure you want to print" .... up to that screen, I see everything on the server as well. As domain admin (as soon as I say ok on the client -> the dialog box on the serverside closes down -> print job starts!)
As "normal" local admin ->pressing ok -> the dialog box stays on the server side and does not "vanish" ->you would have to click ok as well on the server side to make sure the job gets done.otherwise -> no luck!

Any ideas?
