how can i download driver for proview 700P?

you can download it from a website called driver guide. I have downloaded it and confirmed no viruses and to be the proper driver. Click here for the proview 700p driver

Your ProView 700P Silver LCD Monitor does not need a driver. Windows see's it as a plug & play monitor. Suggest you have the monitor repaired or refurbished by a pro.

You need to replace the power supply! I work with these all of the time, the most common problem with thes montiors is the Power supplies do no generate enough charge to power it up to display an image! If the Power supply does not work I would look into getting a new monitor because then it is truly involved! Bad inverter, or blown LCD. I speculate that if your not getting any video after trying the new cord. replace the monitor! Sorry!
