Question about Canon FaxPhone B95 Plain Paper Inkjet
Whether sending or receiving, the machine is not feeding the paper through. It makes all the correct grunts and groans and is fully "loaded" but just can't seem to grab the paper and pull it through. I have watched it and it does push the paper forward to make it ready to be grabbed. The black "grabbers" go around, but do not actually grab the paper.
Can anything be done to fix this or is it time for a new one?
Try cleaning the rubber rollers with a damp cloth and make sure there clean. also check to see if the paper is making contact with paper.
if that fails check the leading edge of the paper for damage incase something maybe blocking paper.
