Freezer not freezing and fridge not cooling, motor... (by 3 users)
I have had a tech come ina nd he changed the realy but not even a month later the same exact thing is going on. I dont have the funds for another repairman or a new fridge.

I had the same problem.. fridge and freezer stopped cooling. I had a repair done under warranty - the tech replaced the condenser. Now its 3 or 4 months later and its happening again. I dont think the unit is under warranty anymore, so Im going to have to fight over it Im sure.

One day I notice the ice cream is too hard; Frig and Freezer setting at Med.
So, I move freezer down one notch.
Ice cream way too soft.
So, I return to Med.
Ice cream getting softer, meat not freezing (I just place in there), and frig stuff not cooling.
I have setting to coldest setting, but not helping.
