I would copy all red barron files from the disks to the computer into a single folder. then right click on the launcher icon. (select properties) then look for compatability tab or options. Set this to windows95. Then double click it to launch the program. I dont understand your boot disk comment.

How to format a pc

You need to create a bootable CD that will delete all of the information on the hard drive permanently. Here's a source for that software: http://www.killdisk.com/downloadfree.htm It's simple: after you create the bootable disk according to the instructions at the link I provided, load it into your primary optical (CD/DVD) drive and then reboot your computer and when your PC goes through it's Boot sequence it will automatically boot from the CD you created and then you just follow the prompts. NOTE: before you run create the boot disk, you should check your boot sequence in BIOS and make sure that the the primary optical drive is first on the list or else the boot CD won't work.

Every time the system is turned on it says Non-system disk or disk error, replace and strick any key when ready. There are no disk in the disk drive or the sd drive. No matter how many keys you strike...

Your computer tries to "boot" from various devices:
* bootable files on a USB memory-stick or SD memory-card
* from 3.5-inch diskette drive (if installed)
* from CD/DVD disk
* from your disk-drive

Your computer tried to boot from your disk-drive, but FAILED to do so.

Since the disk-drive is "dead", it tries to boot from any of the other devices,
and displays that error-message when it cannot boot.

So, your disk-drive has "died". Ouch!

You need to purchase a new disk-drive, and reinstall Windows onto it.

First of all your problem is caused by the hard disk - it has died and must be replaced. Second you are booting from the wrong disk Hiren's disk is a very specialized system analysis and recovery disk, it's not a Windows reinstall one. You should use the disks that came with your pc for that, after you replace the hard disk. Finally you should check the memory sticks, the low memory warning appears only when it way low, less than 256MB. If this is really how it is then you should buy more.

Can not re-install XP. Get "Unmountable boot volume" error.

Usually it's because you're missing the SATA drivers.

Did you slipstream those in too?

New 160 gig hard drive, can't load XP on Fujitsu S6210

Insert the new hard drive in your laptop, boot up and go into the BIOS.
Check if the hard disk setting is set to Auto (detect). Check the system configuration and see if it detects the hard disk.
If there is a hard disk diagnostic utility within the BIOS, run it to check the hard disk.
You can also test the hard disk by booting up with a boot floppy disk, run fdisk.exe to see if can display, create a partition, and format the hard drive etc.

If not of this works then it is highly possible that you have a faulty disk controller in your laptop.

My Computer does not boot

This could be a host of different culprits.
First, if you have more that one memry Dimm in the computer, removed one the restart to see if it boots. If it doesn't boot swap it out with the other memory Dimm. This will eliminate the memory. If it's not the memory, then it may be your hard drive is bad.

If you can get onto a friend's computer, do a Google search for "The Ultimate Boot Disk"
When you find it ,it will give you instructions on how to make the boot cd. Once you create the disk, you can use it to test your system board,hard drive and memory.

PXE boot slow, creation of RAM disk failed

RAM disk requires actual memory in order to create a 'virtual' drive. My first instinct would be to check to ensure that RAM is actually available. Perhaps memory is faulty or configured improperly.
