On what exactly? If you're talking about a general standard clock radio, there will be an alarm button, which you hold down whilst pressing the hour and minute button to set the time. For "setting" the alarm, generally there's a switch on the side.
I found a Spartus Talking Horoscope Alarm Clock. When I de-corroded the battery compartment at first it worked...talked. Now it has stopped talking but still keeps time and the alarm function works. It seemed to stop talking when I discovered the removable module, took it out to examine it and replaced it. Any one have suggestions or solutions to this problem. The clock is beautiful and complete. I wouldn't sell it for $99.00. Try $100.00. I can be reached at alcrawfordloves@yahoo or 501) 279-2481. Thanks!
