I need the driver for a Sony UP-DR100 printer to use with Windows 7

    Thanks, I have been able to find a driver, but I wanted to connect the printer with it's SCSI-2 50 pin connector to a Mac Laptop. I found the cable but think I still need a chip in the computer or a card for the printer to be recognized by the Mac. Any help here would be appreciated

Hi,
Sony UP-DR100 is not compatible with windows 7.
It is compatible with 95/98/ME/2000/XP only

DPP-EX5 sony digital photo driver download for windows 7
Unfortunately Sony does not have drivers available for your product on Windows 7 64bit. Windows XP was the last software available. You might try emailing Sony Support to see if they can somehow provide you with the drivers. I looked up your product on their site and there isnt anything available for that operating system.

The unit will power on and will take paper, then will power off when trying to print

Will this printer work with Windows 7
as long as you have the correct dirvers for windows 7. it will work. you may check the drivers to your printer's website and download it

Need driver update for Windows 7 - 64 bit. Is there one?
The Sony Support site does not list a driver for either Vista or Windows 7 (neither 32 bit nor 64 bit). If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate, you can install the XP mode and load the driver for this printer on to that virtual machine.
