Well, this printer doesn't have its own hard drive so that you can copy items on it.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How to copy and paste

left click once on what you want to copy one item
hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse over the desired text you wish to select to copy and then let go of the left mouse button
so it is highlighted and then
hold down CTRL key and press C to copy
Hold down CTRL key and press V to Paste
Assuming it is a windows system
If it is apple the apple key and C I think does copy
Any edit tab option on the program usually has copy and paste
You can also use in Windows the right mouse button to bring up a menu where copy and paste are options to select.
If you are copying files you can also use CTRL A for select All
CTRL to select more than one item
Shift to select a range of items
if Windows
If you are using ubuntu the shift key plus CTRL plus V must also be used when pasting into the terminal window.

Hp inkjet printing solid black page

Hi Robert, if you're trying to copy something that you've placed on the glass without closing the cover of the copier, there's too much back light (coming from behind the item to be copied) and therefore the resulting page will be black. The only light should come from within the copier itself.
If the item you're copying is bulky and will not allow the cover to close, try taking an 8-1/2 x 11 inch piece of paper and cutting out only enough of the page to allow your item (to be copied) to sit flat on the glass while covering the remaining exposed glass with the paper.
I hope this helps, good luck.

How can I fix the drvstre file?

If your asking how do I Copy and Paste ... several keyboard commands exist to help with this method. I call it a Method because you are asking the program to do a task, this case copy and paste. And of coarse a User can still use the Mouse to Copy and Paste. Both Methods will be described.

The [Ctrl] control button on the key board will allow the user to cut and paste what they want. These are considered keyboard shortcuts.

Step one: select the object(s), by highlighting it with the mouse. Right click and drag the mouse over the desired item(s). Or if the entire page needs to be copied, Ctrl + A will select everything on the page once the curser is placed at beginning of the page.

Step two: Once the user has selected what they want, depending on the function they performed for the selection, ( by right-clicking the mouse and dragging over item(s) ) the user now selects Copy ( makes a copy of the selected item ) or Cut ( removes the item from the original page ) from the drop-down message, and prepairs to Paste the selection to the new page or position ... keep in mind, Ctrl + C will copy the highlighted item as well.

Step three: to paste the item on new page, user left-clicks the point were they expect the item to be placed. And again, depending on the function called upon, will right-click and select Paste from the drop down box. Or press the Ctrl + V buttons. The selected item will appear at the point were the curser is flashing.

Helpful hint about [Ctrl] methods. Ctrl + X will delete the selected item, Ctrl + Z will undo prior editing steps. [Ctrl] methods are quick, easy functions, that allow the user to become productive. I recommend that the [Ctrl] method be emploted whenever possible. I hope you enjoy. Have fun.

I want to be able to copy letters and also to copy articles and also to transmit the copies to another computer site

This doesn't seem to be an issue for "Operating Systems". It's more of a Software Application Issue. However, If the items are on screen and not copy protected, Highlight the item(s) and select "Edit", "Copy" from the menu bar. Then open your email, start a NEW Email message and then "Edit", "Paste" into your email message. Then you can send the email either to yourself or someone else, save it in drafts, etc.

Another way would be to copy the item(s) (by highlighting and copy), then paste them into Notepad or Microsoft Word and save them to your computer. You can then transfer them to a USB Flashdrive and take them to the other site with you.

To transfer DIRECT to the other computer, it would have to be connected to your computer through a "Network" setup. See your or Their company's Computer Administrator for that.
