Question about Computers & Internet
Did you leave the headset on while charging? When it is on, the power goes quickly. Does it supposed to be solid blue while turned on after charging? See whether there is a mode setting button on it and make sure it is ready for pairing. Do you use the pairing features on your Nokia to look for bluetooth devices around after turning on bluetooth? Did it ask for a passcode? Try 0000 or 1234 or 1111 for most of the passcodes. Does your computer come with a bluetooth antenna or adapter? Sometimes the headset bluetooth standards are not compatible with bluetooth standard used by those USB bluetooth adapters. Try to set up a PAN and add the devices to it.
