After printing documents successfully, i sent a further document to print and received Print Mode Error message. Now printer won't print anything. I think the document which caused the problem was marked as a read only document which may have caused the problem but i'm not sure. Help anyone?

I have an HP 1350 all in one printer/scanner. It was printing fine until I wanted to scan a document. I pressed the scan button and now its stuck there. I can't get it out of scanning. I tried turning it off, unpluging and replugging. Can you help me.
1. Check that you are using the latest print driver - from kyocera website. 2. If the issue is when you print pdf files then make sure you set the printer in KPDL Auto mode - check the print driver settings about this and the printer menu. 3.You may check if you have the latest firmware installed within the printer - print a service status page (Menu->Others->Service).
I assume the print driver is on the server and shared. I would start there. I would think someone changed the default setting on that driver. Go to printing preferences, job tab, and see how it is set.
Or re-install the print driver and start over.
Of course, on any problem, Kyocera will always ask you if you have the latest software installed on the machine.
