Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
After printing documents successfully, i sent a further document to print and received Print Mode Error message. Now printer won't print anything. I think the document which caused the problem was marked as a read only document which may have caused the problem but i'm not sure. Help anyone?
Try setting the driver to KPDL mode in the settings section of the driver

I found that I was getting this problem when the driver settings were set to Letter instead of A4.

Thanks alot did the same with the settings on the properties that was showing letter only and added an A4 size printing and it worked.....
