Plaese imform me what is hummer voltage error in TallyGenicom 6306 Matrix
There are two different Hammer Voltage errors on the 6306; Hammer Voltage 1 and Hammer Voltage 2.
Hammer Voltage 1:
One of the hammer drive circuits was turned on when it shouldn’t have been, so all printing has been disabled. The usual cause is a failed drive transistor.
Solution: Replace the Controller Board.
Hammer Voltage 2:
A high resistance coil fault has likely occurred in one or more of the hammer coils. Note: this fault message will have been preceded by printing slow-down attempts associated with On-The-Fly thermal monitoring of hammer bank temperature.
Solution:
Check the hammer bank for defective coils.
Replace the Controller Board
